Bleed Valves

Applications

SUPERLOK bleed valves can be used on instrumentation devices such as multivalve manifolds or gauge valves to vent signal line pressure to atmosphere Before removal of an instrument or to assist in calibration of control devices.

Purge Valves

Applications

SUPERLOK purge valves are manual bleed, vent, or drain valves. One-quarter turn with a wrench from finger-tight obtains leaktight closure on first makeup. Snugging with a wrench ensures closure to the rated pressure with subsequent makeups.

B Series Double Block & Bleed Valves

Description

The Double Block & Bleed Manifold is fully approved to be supplied to many the world´s oil majors. The design provides an economical method for mounting gauges with facility to test and calibrate gauges and pressure switches.

The DBB´B series offers roddability due to its straight through flow passage. The vent valve incorporating the long service firesafe ´N´ series needle valve, graphite multi-ring piston stule packing and back sealing facility. The handle indicates a OPEN / CLOSED position at a glance.

This valve series is a bi-directional floating ball design to ensure leak-proof shut-off on pressure or vacuum. Mounting holes supplied as standard for wall or bracket mounting.

N SeriesDouble Block & Bleed Valves

Description

The Double Block & Bleed Manifold is fully approved to be supplied to many the world´s oil majors. The design provides an economical method for mounting gauges with facility to test and calibrate gauges and pressure switches.

The DBB´N´ series is a slim-line and compact single piece 3 valve manifold. Both isolation and vent valves incorporate the long service firesafe ´N´ series needle valve, graphite multi-ring piston style packing and back sealing facility.

Many options available including hand wheels and locking devices and all valves have 2-piece non-rotating hardended tips as standard for bubble tight shut-off and long service life.

Bleed Valves

The Double Block & Bleed “Type V” is fully approved to be supplied to many of the world’s oil majors. At the end of the last millennium there were over 10,000 of these valves manufactured by Alco Hi-Tek and in service around the world. All threads are generated using our in-house CNC machines. 316 stainless steel handles and trim as standard to reduce the risk of corrosion. Materials of construction include standard grades ASTM A350 LF2 / A105, ASTM A182 F316 / F316L and ASTM A182 F51 being held for call off by our clients. This reduces the overall project delivery times dramatically. Outlets and vents are all 1/2" NPT as standard, 1/4" and 3/4" are also available. Butt weld and socket weld outlets available.
